Technical Advantages
- High sensitivity infrared detector
As a core sensing component, it needs to have high resolution (such as 640×512 pixels) and low thermal sensitivity (<35mK), and be able to capture tiny temperature differences (0.035℃ level) to ensure clear distinction between target and background thermal signals in complex environments.
- Lightweight thermal imaging optical system
It is necessary to match the payload limit of the drone and use a miniaturized lens (such as M12 interface, 9mm focal length), while ensuring a large aperture (f/1.0) and a wide field of view (such as 49°×39°), taking into account both the detection distance and the field of view while being lightweight (usually < 100g).
- Three-axis stabilized gimbal technology
The three-axis gimbal driven by a brushless motor (pitch/roll/translation adjustable) can offset the jitter of the drone during flight, ensure the stability of the thermal imaging picture (anti-shake accuracy within ±0.1°), and avoid target blurring caused by shaking.
- Real-time image transmission and data processing
Integrate low-latency transmission modules (such as 5G relay and MIPI interface) to realize real-time transmission of thermal imaging data (14-bit RAW format). At the same time, complete basic image processing (such as pseudo-color conversion and temperature measurement) through onboard chips to reduce computing pressure on the ground.
- Multi-sensor fusion algorithm
Combining GPS, IMU (inertial measurement unit) and thermal imaging data, it can achieve target positioning (longitude/latitude/altitude correlation) and intelligent tracking (such as human recognition and high-temperature point marking), improving target recognition efficiency in complex scenarios.
- Low power management
In view of the UAV's endurance limitation, the power consumption of the thermal imaging module is optimized (<1.2W), and through intelligent power control (such as sleep wake-up mechanism), it ensures continuous operation (≥30 minutes) without affecting the overall endurance of the UAV.
