By visiting the CE THERMAL VISION (CETHERMAL) website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. Our services are designed for B2B (business-to-business) transactions, targeting equipment manufacturers, system integrators, and professional distributors. We do not supply products to individual consumers.

Unless otherwise stated, all quotations provided by CETHERMAL are valid for thirty (30) days. Prices exclude VAT, customs duties, and shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Production will commence only upon receipt of the deposit or 100% prepayment specified in the pro forma invoice (PI).

CETHERMAL's infrared products are subject to strict international export control regulations. The buyer warrants that the products will only be used for authorized civilian or commercial purposes. Unauthorized use for military purposes, weapons of mass destruction, or re-export to sanctioned regions is strictly prohibited.

We offer comprehensive customization services. CETHERMAL is committed to the strict protection of all design drawings and technical specifications provided by our partners. Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is our standard procedure. All ownership of the core technologies, firmware, and software developed by CETHERMAL belongs to our company.

The buyer shall not (and shall not allow any third party) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code, algorithm, or internal structure of CETHERMAL’s thermal imaging modules and software.

We offer a limited warranty of 12 months from the date of shipment, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal industrial use. Any returns must follow a formal Return Authorization (RMA) process. The warranty will be void if the product has been disassembled or improperly integrated without authorization.

Unless otherwise agreed, all shipments shall be carried out on EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free On Board) terms. The risk of loss or damage shall transfer to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. CETHERMAL shall not be liable for delays caused by customs clearance or international logistics.

CETHERMAL reserves the right to fine-tune product specifications for technical improvements, provided that such changes do not materially degrade core performance. For major hardware or firmware updates, we will notify long-term partners.

CETHERMAL's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product to which the claim arises. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the location where CETHERMAL is headquartered. Any dispute shall be submitted to the designated local arbitration center.

Force majeure

CETHERMAL shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by reasons beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, export license delays or global supply chain disruptions).
