CETHERM Thermal Vision moves to new location in Nanshan District, opening a new chapter in R&D collaboration
Amidst the booming technology industry, CETHERM Thermal Vision took a strategically significant step in September 2024, officially relocating to its new office address, Room 1203, Building D, Aote Kexing Science Park, Yuehai Subdistrict, Nanshan District. This move not only provides the company with new development opportunities but also demonstrates its commitment to deepening its commitment to thermal imaging technology and strengthening its collaborative R&D ecosystem.
The new office is strategically located in the Aotekoxing Science Park, home to industry leaders such as Tencent and DJI. This vibrant technological atmosphere and industrial agglomeration provide CETHERM Thermal Vision with excellent opportunities for communication and collaboration. The company hopes to absorb advanced technical concepts and management experience through daily interactions, further broadening its development horizons.

It's worth mentioning that the new office area has a Class 1000 clean room. This environment is extremely stringent, eliminating airborne particles, harmful gases, bacteria, and other pollutants within a defined space. It also maintains specific requirements for temperature, cleanliness, pressure, airflow velocity and distribution, noise, vibration, lighting, and static electricity.
Within this high-standard environment, the laboratory fully meets the stringent requirements of millimeter-wave chip packaging and testing, providing a solid foundation for the company's research and development of millimeter-wave chip technology. Whether it's the precise assembly of chips or the rigorous control of minor interference factors during testing, the Class 1000 cleanroom plays a vital role, enabling the company to achieve further breakthroughs in the field of millimeter-wave chips.

Along with this relocation, CETHERM Thermal Vision's equity structure was also optimized. Major shareholder Hainabaichuan Intelligent Electronics increased its stake to 63%. This change has attracted widespread attention within the industry. From the perspective of industry development, this move will significantly accelerate the integration of industry chain resources. Taking Nanshan District's rich semiconductor industry resources as an example, CETHERM Thermal Vision's new equity structure is expected to establish closer partnerships with semiconductor companies within the park.
The two parties can jointly develop terahertz sensors, leveraging their respective strengths in thermal imaging technology and semiconductor manufacturing to achieve technological complementarity. Comprehensive collaboration, from R&D to production, will not only improve R&D efficiency and reduce costs, but also potentially foster the development of innovative terahertz sensor products, meet market demand for high-performance sensors, and ultimately drive industrial upgrades in thermal imaging and related fields.
CETHERM Thermal Vision's relocation to a new location and optimized equity structure mark significant milestones in its development. In this new environment, leveraging comprehensive facilities and an optimized equity structure, the company is expected to achieve significant results in building a collaborative R&D ecosystem, injecting new vitality into the development of thermal imaging technology, and stand out in the fiercely competitive market, ushering in an even brighter future.
